1.Push the cut handle with 90degree untill you hear clicking sound, this means the cut handle locked.
2.Moving limiting block and fixed it with scew by turning clockwise.
3.Insert paper and falling down the press paper handle to press paper.
4.Press "lock blade handle" and hold to release safety lock for the cut blade
5.Press clamp lever to secure the paper before pressing down the blade handle. Make sure lock the handle again before release the paper.
